Eri is a young man who was unfortunate enough to get stuck with an evil meteor that threatens to turn him into a monster. To do this, the elders of his town send him to the demon country Kikoku, where powerful mages still exist. Unsure on how to act in a country surrounded by demons, he accepts Rain's offer to be his travelling companion. Perhaps not the smartest thing to do.

Rain is a mercenary, travelling from place to place to find the best jobs. Somewhere along the road, he accidentally saved the life of a demon, and got a travelling companion who might be more trouble than he's worth. Then again, under his gruff demeanor, Rain is actually pretty fond of Shion.

Height: Between 5’ and 7’ somewhere. Hard to tell because he seems to be shadow from waist and down.
Shion doesn't say much. Or do much, apart from hovering around Rain. But he packs a mean punch in a fight, and has a portal to a pocket dimension in his body, so Rain keeps him around. He doesn't eat or sleep, either. He's playing a game of some sort, but only he knows what it is, and he isn't telling anyone. Shion is very calm and serene, unless someone threathens Rain. Then he becomes truly demonic.
Catharsis:

Race: Greater Chaos Demon.

Current Hair color: Violet and black.
Eye color: Lavender.
Skin: Pale golden.
Height: 6’3”.
Tharsis is a demon prince, and would be deadly if he wasn't so insane. However, he's more interested in making costumes, trading insults with Rain or flirting with Eri than in actually acting like a demon. If he have to, he'll fight, but he'd rather play. He turns into a purple bat when he's startled or frightened. He doesn't like women much.

Race: Ancient Vampire.

Meial wants the stone Eri carries. And he'll do anything to get it. Once he gets it, he's going to use it to resurrect his dead brother who's corpse he's in love with. He's a very twisted man.
